Strattec Security on Monday said Frank Krejci, the company’s president and chief executive officer, will retire and step down from its board on Dec. 31.
Rolando Guillot, senior vice president-operations and chief operating officer, will become interim CEO on Jan. 1, in addition to his current role, Strattec said. Guillot joined the company in 1996 and worked in various management roles, primarily in its Mexican subsidiary.
The company will work with “a leading national executive search firm” to search for a successor to Krejci, Strattec said.
Strattec makes and sells automotive access control products, including locks and keys, electronically enhanced locks and key fobs, and related products.
