Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the gained 1.33%.
The best performers of the session on the were Leumi (TASE:), which rose 4.80% or 119.00 points to trade at 2,599.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Mizrahi Tefahot (TASE:) added 3.89% or 460.00 points to end at 12,300.00 and Melisron (TASE:) was up 3.87% or 800.00 points to 21,460.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Ormat Technologies (TASE:), which fell 3.55% or 920.00 points to trade at 25,010.00 at the close. NICE Ltd (TASE:) declined 3.06% or 1,930.00 points to end at 61,200.00 and Nova (TASE:) was down 1.92% or 730.00 points to 37,320.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 291 to 155 and 98 ended unchanged.
Shares in Ormat Technologies (TASE:) fell to 52-week lows; down 3.55% or 920.00 to 25,010.00.
Crude oil for December delivery was up 2.34% or 1.95 to $85.16 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 2.85% or 2.51 to hit $89.20 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.95% or 18.90 to trade at $2,016.30 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was down 0.13% to 4.07, while EUR/ILS unchanged 0.07% to 4.30.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.01% at 106.42.
