The preliminary initial spread guidance on the new Dutch 3.25% January 2044 green government bond, or DSL, is 28-33 basis points above the 2.50% July 2044 German Bund, the Dutch State Treasury Agency said Monday.
The DSTA will launch the new bond on Tuesday, planning to issue 4 billion to 5 billion euros ($4.20 billion to $5.26 billion).
