Envestnet, a leading wealth management technology provider, has named a new chief financial officer, tapping former BlackRock executive Joshua Warren to replace longtime finance head Peter D’Arrigo.
The company announced a phased transition, with Warren scheduled to formally assume the new position Nov. 15, after which D’Arrigo will serve as a senior advisor to CEO William Crager through March 31, 2024. Warren will serve as a senior advisor to Crager until Nov. 15.
