THEWORKS.CO.UK trimmed its dividend payout as it reported a fall in fiscal 2023 pretax profit due to higher sales costs amid a challenging backdrop, and said its chief financial officer will step down.
Shares at 1045 GMT were down 3.75 pence, or 12%, at 28.50 pence.
VERTU MOTORS said that sales of used vehicles fell over the first five months of the year as higher interest rates stopped it from running 0% finance offers as it did the year prior, and that the market outlook remains unclear.
Shares down 1.20 pence, or 1.7%, at 68.10 pence.
BIDSTACK GROUP has entered into a commercial partnership with advertising agency Venatus Media that gives Venatus exclusive access to the company’s inventory across six markets.

GRAFT POLYMER (UK) has signed a research-and-development and supply agreement with Mexico-based Empresas Vilher.
Shares up 0.05 pence, or 2.2%, at 2.35 pence.
BELLUSCURA has entered into a 10-year agreement with Chinese partner InnoMax Medical Technology, allowing it to manufacture and distribute portable oxygen concentrators in China, Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore.
Shares up 8.50 pence, or 21%, at 49.50 pence.
