Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the fell 0.37%.
The best performers of the session on the were Ambu A/S (CSE:), which rose 3.13% or 2.80 points to trade at 92.30 at the close. Meanwhile, Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:) added 2.33% or 3.76 points to end at 165.40 and Orsted A/S (CSE:) was up 2.10% or 11.40 points to 554.20 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were AP Moeller – Maersk A/S B (CSE:), which fell 2.71% or 365.00 points to trade at 13,095.00 at the close. AP Moeller – Maersk A/S A (CSE:) declined 2.51% or 330.00 points to end at 12,820.00 and Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:) was down 0.94% or 12.20 points to 1,291.60.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 75 to 67 and 22 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for October delivery was down 0.20% or 0.16 to $78.73 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in October fell 0.23% or 0.19 to hit $83.02 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.02% or 0.35 to trade at $1,948.45 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.31% to 6.88, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.00% to 7.45.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.38% at 103.73.
