Games Workshop Group said Tuesday that fiscal 2023 pretax profit and revenue rose after delivering growth in all major countries.
The British miniature-wargaming company said for the year ended May 28, pretax profit rose to 170.6 million pounds ($218.8 million) from GBP156.5 million a year prior. After a relatively slow start to the year, the company delivered profitable sales growth across all three channels and in all major countries, it said.
Revenue rose to GBP470.8 million from GBP414.8 million. Core revenue rose 15% to GBP445.4 million, though licensing revenue rose 9.3% to GBP25.4 million.
