Slate Grocery REIT named Joe Pleckaitis as its next chief financial officer, effective Aug. 29.
The Toronto-based real estate investment trust, which owns and operates U.S. grocery-anchored real estate, said Friday that Pleckaitis will succeed Andrew Agatep, who is stepping down to pursue other opportunities.
Pleckaitis joined Slate Grocery in 2017 and most recently led the financial function for Slate’s North American private equity business.
Prior to joining Slate Grocery, Pleckaitis worked in real estate auditing at Deloitte.
