Mira Pharmaceuticals has filed for an initial public offering, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing on Friday.
The biotechnology company said it is offering 1.2 million shares of its common stock at an estimated price of $7 per share.
It applied to list its shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol MIRA.
