Kidpik said Friday that Chief Financial Officer Adir Katzav has resigned from all positions he holds at the company effective July 21.
Katzav also holds the positions of executive vice president, treasurer and principal financial/accounting officer, the company said.
Kidpik also said it had name Jill Pasechnick as chief accounting officer, principal financial and principal accounting officer, effective July 21. Pasechnick has served as controller since October 2015, and as the vice president of finance since August 2019.
Kidpik provides an online clothing subscription box service for children.
