Entain said Tuesday that it will raise funds to acquire Polish sports-betting operator STS Holding for around 750 million pounds ($938.5 million).
The London-listed gambling-and-betting company said that the acquisition will be made by its 75% owned joint venture in Central and Eastern Europe, Entain CEE, and EMMA Capital, which owns 25% of the venture.
