Electra Battery Materials said Peter Park will become the company’s new chief financial officer, effective July 1.
He will succeed Craig Cunningham, who will resign from the post on June 30, the company said.
Park is a senior finance professional with more than 20 years of experience and currently serves on Electra’s finance team. He joined Electra in February and worked with Cunningham through the company’s 2022 year-end and first-quarter 2023 reporting activities, Electra said.
Electra said it is a processor of low-carbon, ethically-sourced battery materials.
