Floor & Decor said Wednesday that its Spartan Surfaces subsidiary acquired Salesmaster Flooring Solutions for an undisclosed price.
Salesmaster will operate as part of Spartan Surfaces, the parent company said.
The purchase isn’t expected to have a material impact on Floor & Decor’s fiscal 2023 second quarter or full year 2023 financial results, the company said.
The combination of the two businesses will allow them to take advantage of purchasing, inventory, logistics and customer service synergies, according to Salesmaster President Steve Kurtz.
