Wealthspire Advisors has reached a deal to acquire ACG Wealth Management, a registered investment advisor based near Richmond, Va., with around $1 billion in assets under management.
ACG’s client base is split between retail clients and businesses. The firm works with more than 240 families and around 285 retirement-plan sponsors according to Wealthspire.
