National Energy Services Shares Down 19% After Nasdaq Suspension Warning

Shares of National Energy Services Reunited Corp. tumbled 19% to $2.69 in premarket trading Thursday after the oilfield services company warned that its stock would be delisted from the Nasdaq market and traded over the counter because of delays in filing its 2021 annual financial report.
