Meanwhile, <span itemscope=\"\" itemtype=\"http:\/\/schema.org\/Corporation\"><span itemprop=\"name\"> Dainippon Screen Mfg. Co., Ltd. <\/span><\/span> (TYO:) added 3.43% or 248.00 points to end at 7,488.00 and <span itemscope=\"\" itemtype=\"http:\/\/schema.org\/Corporation\"><span itemprop=\"name\"> Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. <\/span><\/span> (TYO:) was up 2.94% or 97.00 points to 3,399.00 in late trade.<\/p>\n<p>The worst performers of the session were <span itemscope=\"\" itemtype=\"http:\/\/schema.org\/Corporation\"><span itemprop=\"name\"> Mitsubishi Motors Corp. <\/span><\/span> (TYO:), which fell 2.12% or 11.10 points to trade at 511.30 at the close. <span itemscope=\"\" itemtype=\"http:\/\/schema.org\/Corporation\"><span itemprop=\"name\"> Isuzu Motors, Ltd. <\/span><\/span> (TYO:) declined 1.56% or 27.50 points to end at 1,740.50 and <span itemscope=\"\" itemtype=\"http:\/\/schema.org\/Corporation\"><span itemprop=\"name\"> Furukawa Electric Co., Ltd. <\/span><\/span> (TYO:) was down 1.52% or 35.00 points to 2,274.00.<\/p>\n<p>Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tokyo Stock Exchange by 2252 to 1394 and 229 ended unchanged.<\/p>\n<p>The , which measures the implied volatility of Nikkei 225 options, was up 3.25% to 23.20 a new 6-months high.<\/p>\n<p>Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.17% or 0.14 to $83.88 a barrel.
