Investing.com —\u00a0 Las Vegas Sands\u00a0reported Wednesday better-than-expected third-quarter revenue that was driven by a recovery in travel and tourism spending in Macao\u00a0and\u00a0Singapore.<\/p>\n

Las Vegas Sands <\/span><\/span> Corp (NYSE:) jumped more than 4% following the report.<\/p>\n

The casino operator adjusted Q3 EPS\u00a0of $0.55 on revenue of $2.8 billion, compared with estimates of $0.55 on revenue of $2.72B.\u00a0<\/p>\n

After reinstating its quarterly dividend last quarter, the company said it authorized increasing its stock buyback plan to $2 billion from $916 million, and extended the duration to\u00a0Nov. 3, 2025.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

The company said it would resume its share repurchase program in Q4.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
