HireRight also offers its background check services to small<span class=\"paywall-full-content no-summary-bullets invisible\"> businesses through its self-service portal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paywall-full-content invisible no-summary-bullets\">Per a 2021 research study conducted by The Insight Partners, the employment screening market, one of the key areas of focus for HireRight, was worth approximately $4.2 billion in 2020 and is predicted to rise to $6.4 billion by 2028. This translates to a projected CAGR (Compound Annual Growth Rate) of 5.5% for the period between 2021 and 2028.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paywall-full-content invisible no-summary-bullets\">The primary driving factors behind this anticipated growth are the increasing population migration to urban regions, which in turn creates more job openings and a higher demand for employees.
