Large, floor-to-ceiling windows usher in light and views of the city below.<\/p>\n<p>Plus, there\u2019s a private, two-car garage with built-in storage space.<\/p>\n<p>Mahomes is looking to consolidate his sizable\u00a0real estate portfolio\u00a0by dispensing with the smaller properties. He recently sold his suburban K.C. home\u2014complete with massive sneaker closet\u2014for $1.8 million, after putting the property\u00a0on the market for $2.9 million\u00a0in June.<\/p>\n<p>The sales follow his\u00a0recent move\u00a0into a custom dream home in Missouri, with its own 50-yard football field.<\/p>\n<p>Mahomes is now entering his seventh year with the Chiefs and his sixth as their all-important QB1.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>A version of this story was published on\u00a0Realtor.com, a real estate and rentals site.
