The formal living room features floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the yard, while the den is outfitted with a cozy fireplace.<\/p>\n<p>The kitchen is well-appointed, with a large island, Viking appliances, and a breakfast nook.<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s plenty of room for a big family and guests to spread out here\u2014especially on the lower level, where there\u2019s a spectacular home bar that would feel right at home in a boutique hotel.<\/p>\n<p>And movie night is sure to be a posh affair in the large screening room, with its 10 plush seats. A 3,000-bottle wine cellar and personal gym with a sauna round out the interior\u2019s upscale amenities.<\/p>\n<p>Outside, this gated estate\u2019s luxury continues, with a beautiful pool and spa on a half-acre of lawn, surrounded by hedges\u2014to keep prying eyes at bay, of course. A three-car garage completes the package.<\/p>\n<p>Vergara began her career as a model in her native Colombia and later found fame on the big and small screens.
