Investing.com \u2013 France stocks were mixed after the close on Thursday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher while losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.<\/p>\n

At the close in Paris, the declined 0.44%, while the index added 0.10%.<\/p>\n

The best performers of the session on the were Danone <\/span><\/span> SA (EPA:), which rose 0.68% or 0.36 points to trade at 53.26 at the close. Meanwhile, Credit Agricole <\/span><\/span> SA (EPA:) added 0.60% or 0.07 points to end at 11.49 and Air Liquide <\/span><\/span> SA (EPA:) was up 0.53% or 0.86 points to 162.70 in late trade.<\/p>\n

The worst performers of the session were STMicroelectronics NV (EPA:), which fell 2.48% or 1.08 points to trade at 42.51 at the close. Renault <\/span><\/span> SA (EPA:) declined 2.36% or 0.88 points to end at 36.38 and Kering <\/span><\/span> SA (EPA:) was down 1.82% or 9.10 points to 490.00.<\/p>\n

The top performers on the SBF 120 were Casino <\/span><\/span> Guichard Perrachon SA (EPA:) which rose 10.94% to 3.45, SCOR SE (EPA:) which was up 2.15% to settle at 28.93 and Clariane SE (EPA:) which gained 2.06% to close at 5.95.<\/p>\n

The worst performers were Soitec <\/span><\/span> SA (EPA:) which was down 4.71% to 170.05 in late trade, Derichebourg <\/span><\/span> (EPA:) which lost 3.07% to settle at 4.90 and Ubisoft <\/span><\/span> Entertainment (EPA:) which was down 2.76% to 28.14 at the close.<\/p>\n

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Paris Stock Exchange by 310 to 208 and 101 ended unchanged.<\/p>\n

Shares in SCOR SE (EPA:) rose to 52-week highs; rising 2.15% or 0.61 to 28.93. <\/p>\n

The , which measures the implied volatility of CAC 40 options, was unchanged 0.00% to 18.96 a new 52-week high.<\/p>\n

Gold Futures for December delivery was down 0.09% or 1.80 to $1,946.30 a troy ounce. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in October rose 0.29% or 0.23 to hit $79.12 a barrel, while the October Brent oil contract rose 0.24% or 0.20 to trade at $83.41 a barrel.<\/p>\n

EUR\/USD was unchanged 0.35% to 1.08, while EUR\/GBP unchanged 0.41% to 0.86.<\/p>\n

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.46% at 103.81.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
