Alchemy Investments Acquisition Corp<\/span> 1 (ALCY) (the “Company”), a blank check company formed for the purpose of entering into a business combination with one or more businesses, priced its initial public offering of 10,000,000 units at a price of $10.00<\/money> per unit on May 4, 2023<\/chron>. The units will be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market (“Nasdaq”) and trade under the ticker symbol “ALCYU” beginning May 5, 2023<\/chron>. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share of the Company and one-half of one warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one Class A ordinary share of the Company at a price of $11.50<\/money> per share. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq under the symbols “ALCY” and “ALCYW,” respectively.<\/p>\n

The offering is expected to close on May 9, 2023<\/chron>, subject to customary closing conditions. Cantor Fitzgerald & Co.<\/span> is acting as sole book runner for the offering. The Company has granted the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 units at the initial public offering price, to cover over-allotments, if any.<\/p>\n
