These stocks made moves Friday:\u00a0<\/p>\n

Keysight Technologies (ticker: KEYS), the test equipment manufacturer, issued a weaker-than-expected fiscal fourth-quarter outlook and the stock fell 13.8%. It was the leading decliner in the
\n S&P 500.<\/span>
\n Keysight forecast earnings of $1.83 to $1.89 a share on revenue between $1.29 billion and $1.31 billion. Analysts were expecting profit of $2 a share on revenue of $1.39 billion. <\/p>\n

\n

\n Farfetch
\n (FTCH) slumped 45% after the luxury fashion company\u2019s second-quarter sales of $572 million missed analysts\u2019 expectations of $649 million.<\/p>\n

\n Hawaiian Electric Industries
\n (HE) stock rose 14.5% after the utility provider accused of playing a role in starting\u00a0devastating wildfires in Maui, Hawaii, said it was seeking advice but intends to endure as a financially strong company. <\/p>\n

\n Bloomin\u2019 Brands
\n (BLMN), which operates Outback Steakhouse, rose 8.7%. Starboard Value confirmed a report that it has built a 9.9% stake in the company. <\/p>\n

\n XPeng
\n (XPEV) reported a second-quarter loss that was wider than a year earlier. U.S.-listed shares of the Chinese electric-vehicle maker fell 4.3% despite solid guidance, weighed down by slumping Chinese markets. Fellow EV maker
\n Tesla
\n (TSLA) fell 1.7%. <\/p>\n

\n Ross Stores
\n (ROST), the discount retailer, posted better-than-expected second-quarter earnings and raised guidance. The stock rose 5% and was the leading performer in the S&P 500.<\/p>\n

\n Deere
\n (DE) reported fiscal third-quarter earnings that topped analysts\u2019 estimates. Guidance for the full year from the farm equipment maker also topped Wall Street expectations. Shares, however, fell 5.3%.<\/p>\n

\n (AMAT) topped Wall Street expectations as did its fourth-quarter outlook, sending shares of the maker of semiconductor-manufacturing equipment up 3.7%. \u201cOver the past several years, we have focused our strategy and investments on key technologies to accelerate the Internet of Things and AI era, enabling us to consistently deliver strong results in 2023 and positioning
\n Applied Materials
\n for sustainable outperformance,\u201d said CEO Gary Dickerson in a statement.<\/p>\n

American depositary receipts of
\n Alibaba
\n (BABA) fell 2.9% and
\n JD.com
\n (JD) declined 4.75% as China\u2019s central bank bolstered its defense of the yuan as\u00a0fears over the health\u00a0of the world\u2019s second-largest economy continued to mount.<\/p>\n

\n Estee Lauder
\n (EL) fell 3.3% after the cosmetics company\u2019s earnings forecast for fiscal 2024 was below analysts\u2019 expectations.<\/p>\n
