He could turn a $1 million profit if he gets anywhere near a full-price deal.<\/p>\n<h2>Pricey properties<\/h2>\n<p>While the asking price is lofty, another penthouse in the building holds the title of Boston\u2019s most expensive listing, at $38 million, and is also the priciest in all of Massachusetts.<\/p>\n<p>Dell\u2019s trophy home offers some of the best views in the city and comes with two parking spaces.<\/p>\n<p>There is even a \u201c570-square-foot, double-height grand terrace with outdoor fireplace,\u201d the listing notes.
