Investing.com \u2013 France stocks were mixed after the close on Friday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher while losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.<\/p>\n

At the close in Paris, the rose 0.15% to hit a new 1-month high, while the index declined 1.18%.<\/p>\n

The best performers of the session on the were Bouygues <\/span><\/span> SA (EPA:), which rose 4.11% or 1.31 points to trade at 33.21 at the close. Meanwhile, Hermes International <\/span><\/span> SCA (EPA:) added 3.94% or 76.30 points to end at 2,011.50 and Teleperformance <\/span><\/span> SE (EPA:) was up 3.20% or 4.20 points to 135.60 in late trade.<\/p>\n

The worst performers of the session were Capgemini SE (EPA:), which fell 7.02% or 12.60 points to trade at 167.00 at the close. STMicroelectronics NV (EPA:) declined 4.09% or 2.07 points to end at 48.40 and Sanofi SA (EPA:) was down 2.85% or 2.79 points to 94.96.<\/p>\n

The top performers on the SBF 120 were Gaztransport et Technigaz SA (EPA:) which rose 11.82% to 109.70, Television Francaise 1 SA (EPA:) which was up 11.52% to settle at 7.36 and Clariane SE (EPA:) which gained 10.96% to close at 7.13.<\/p>\n

The worst performers were Atos SE (EPA:) which was down 22.50% to 11.30 in late trade, CGG SA (EPA:) which lost 16.82% to settle at 0.62 and Casino <\/span><\/span> Guichard Perrachon SA (EPA:) which was down 9.98% to 2.80 at the close.<\/p>\n

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Paris Stock Exchange by 285 to 224 and 106 ended unchanged.<\/p>\n

Shares in Bouygues SA (EPA:) rose to 52-week highs; rising 4.11% or 1.31 to 33.21. Shares in Casino Guichard Perrachon SA (EPA:) fell to all time lows; falling 9.98% or 0.31 to 2.80. <\/p>\n

The , which measures the implied volatility of CAC 40 options, was unchanged 0.00% to 18.96 a new 52-week high.<\/p>\n

Gold Futures for August delivery was up 0.73% or 14.20 to $1,959.90 a troy ounce. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in September fell 0.66% or 0.53 to hit $79.56 a barrel, while the October Brent oil contract fell 0.51% or 0.43 to trade at $83.36 a barrel.<\/p>\n

EUR\/USD was up 0.48% to 1.10, while EUR\/GBP unchanged 0.16% to 0.86.<\/p>\n

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.20% at 101.34.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
