\u00a9 Reuters Nabors Energy Transition Corp. II (NETDU) Prices 30M Unit IPO at $10\/unit<\/span>
\n<\/i>\n<\/div>\n

Nabors Energy Transition Corp. II (the “Company”) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering (the “IPO”) of 30,000,000 units at a price of $10.00<\/money> per unit. The units will be listed on The Nasdaq Global Market (“Nasdaq”) and trade under the ticker symbol “NETDU” beginning on July 14, 2023<\/chron>. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share of the Company and one-half of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one Class A ordinary share of the Company at an exercise price of $11.50<\/money> per share. Only whole warrants are exercisable. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols “NETD” and “NETDW,” respectively. The IPO is expected to close on July 18, 2023<\/chron>, subject to customary closing conditions.<\/p>\n

Citigroup and Wells Fargo Securities<\/span> are acting as joint book-running managers and representatives of the underwriters for the IPO. The Company has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,500,000 units at the IPO price to cover over-allotments, if any.<\/p>\n
