Stewart<\/p>\n<pre><\/pre>\n<p>Wajax said Tuesday that its Tundra Process Solutions subsidiary acquired Polyphase Engineered Controls, a producer of custom electrical and instrumentation equipment.<\/p>\n<p>Polyphase employs 44 people and operates facilities in Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta, the Canadian industrial products and services provider said.<\/p>\n<div class=\"paywall\">\n<p>The purchase prices wasn&#8217;t disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>Roughly a year ago, Wajax&#8217;s Tundra Process Solutions arm bought the valve business of Powell Canada in a deal that added three valve servicing and repair locations in Alberta.<\/p>\n<pre><\/pre>\n<p>Write to Robb M.
