Dufry said late Friday that it now owns enough shares of Autogrill to squeeze out minority stakeholders and delist the company.<\/p>\n
The Swiss travel retailer said its shares in the acquisition of the Italian-based catering company have passed 96%. That total includes ordinary shares of Autogrill already held by Dufry and treasury shares owned by Autogrill, Dufry said.<\/p>\n

“Dufry will therefore be able to initiate the squeeze-out procedure, which will result in Dufry holding all of Autogrill’s shares, and delisting Autogrill,” Dufry said.<\/p>\n
Dufry said it plans to issue about 410,000 new shares related to the tendering of the sell-out procedure starting Friday.<\/p>\n
