\n<\/i>\n<\/div>\n

AutoZone (AZO) today announced that Bill Rhodes decided to relinquish his positions as President and CEO, effective January 2024.<\/p>\n

Rhodes, who will become Executive Chairman of the Board, will be succeeded by Philip Daniele as a CEO. Daniele, a 29-year AutoZoner and currently Executive Vice President of Merchandising, Marketing and Supply Chain, will also join the Board of Directors as a member.<\/p>\n

Rhodes has held the positions of President, CEO, and Board of Directors member since March 2005. In June 2007, he was appointed as the Chairman of the Board.<\/p>\n
