Beam Global said Friday it has executed a binding letter of intent to buy the manufacturer of energy infrastructures and equipment Amiga DOO Kraljevo.<\/p>\n
The designer, manufacturer and seller of renewably energized infrastructure expects to close the acquisition in the third or fourth quarter.<\/p>\n
\n
Additionally, the company said it is offering shares of common stock, but that the offering is not conditioned on completing the potential acquisition of Amiga.<\/p>\n
