Lewis<\/p>\n<pre><\/pre>\n<p>Floor &amp; Decor said Wednesday that its Spartan Surfaces subsidiary acquired Salesmaster Flooring Solutions for an undisclosed price.<\/p>\n<p>Salesmaster will operate as part of Spartan Surfaces, the parent company said.<\/p>\n<div class=\"paywall\">\n<p>The purchase isn&#8217;t expected to have a material impact on Floor &amp; Decor&#8217;s fiscal 2023 second quarter or full year 2023 financial results, the company said.<\/p>\n<p>The combination of the two businesses will allow them to take advantage of purchasing, inventory, logistics and customer service synergies, according to Salesmaster President Steve Kurtz.<\/p>\n<pre><\/pre>\n<p>Write to Jeffrey T.
