{"id":15555,"date":"2023-05-30T05:47:16","date_gmt":"2023-05-30T09:47:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ifintechworld.com\/investing\/oxford-biodynamics-shares-fall-on-wider-1h-loss-need-for-more-cash\/"},"modified":"2023-05-30T05:47:16","modified_gmt":"2023-05-30T09:47:16","slug":"oxford-biodynamics-shares-fall-on-wider-1h-loss-need-for-more-cash","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ifintechworld.com\/?p=15555","title":{"rendered":"Oxford BioDynamics Shares Fall on Wider 1H Loss, Need for More Cash"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"js-article__body\" itemprop=\"articleBody\" data-sbid=\"MW-BT-CO-20230530-701493\" role=\"document\">\n<p>By Joe Hoppe<\/p>\n<pre><\/pre>\n<p>Oxford BioDynamics shares fell Tuesday after it said its first-half pretax loss widened on higher costs and it will need to generate more cash for the remainder of the year.<\/p>\n<p>Shares at 0719 GMT were down 3.17 pence, or 19%, at 13.65 pence.<\/p>\n<div class=\"paywall\">\n<p>The U.K. biotechnology company posted a pretax loss of 4.75 million pounds ($5.9 million) for the six months ended March 31, widening from a loss of GBP3.25 million a year prior.
