\n whose top holdings recently included Nvidia Corp.
\n NVDA,
\n +24.37%<\/bg-quote>,<\/span>
\n Microsoft Corp.
\n MSFT,
\n +3.85%<\/bg-quote>
\n and Google parent Alphabet Inc.
\n GOOGL,
\n +2.13%<\/bg-quote>,<\/span>
\n was up 3% Thursday afternoon, according to FactSet data, at last check. The top five holdings of the fund, which launched this month, also included Advanced Micro Devices Inc.
\n AMD,
\n +11.16%<\/bg-quote>
\n and Adobe Inc.
\n ADBE,
\n +7.19%<\/bg-quote>
\n as of May 24, according to data on the website of Roundhill Investments.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the Global X Robotics & Artificial Intelligence ETF
\n BOTZ,
\n +3.02%<\/bg-quote>
\n was climbing 2.7% Thursday afternoon, bringing its year-to-date gains to more than 30%, FactSet data show, at last check. The fund\u2019s top holdings also include chip maker Nvidia, which was surging more than 25% Thursday afternoon.<\/p>\n

The AI-focused ETFs were outperforming the broad U.S. stock market in Thursday afternoon trading, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average
\n DJIA,
\n -0.11%<\/bg-quote>
\n falling 0.4% while the S&P 500
\n SPX,
\n +0.88%<\/bg-quote>
\n rose 0.7% and the technology-heavy Nasdaq Composite
